BEAM CONSTRUCTION METHOD, AND PRECAST PLATE FOR BEAM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beam construction method and a precast plate for the beam that significantly reduce burdens when working on a beam mold at a construction site and save labors at the construction site, when constructing a reinforced concrete beam.SOLUTION: With the beam construction method, a beam is constructed by manufacturing in advance a precast plate 10 having a main reinforcement 12 on a beam bottom edge side embedded in a longer-side direction and a stirrup reinforcement 11 embedded in a shorter-side direction, as well as an end of the stirrup reinforcement exposed from a side surface 10a to make stirrup reinforcement anchoring parts 11a, 11b while the other end is exposed from a top surface 10b. A pair of precast plates is installed vertically such that the sides on which the stirrup reinforcement anchoring parts are exposed face each other, and concrete is cast in a space formed between the pair of precast plates installed to face each other, thereby embedding the stirrup reinforcement anchoring parts in the concrete, for forming the beam.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】鉄筋コンクリート造の梁を構築する際に、施工現場での梁型枠に関する作業を大幅に低減でき、現場作業の省力化を実現することのできる梁の構築方法および梁用プレキャスト板を提供する。【解決手段】この梁の構築方法は、梁下端側主筋12を長手方向に埋設しスタラップ筋11を短手方向に埋設するとともにスタラップ筋の一端側を側面10aから露出させてスタラップ定着部11a,11bとし他端側を上端面10bから露出させたプレキャスト板10を先行して製作し、一対のプレキャスト板をスタラップ定着部の露出した側面同士が対向するように垂直に設置し、一対のプレキャスト板が対向設置されて形成される空間Sにコンクリートを打設することでスタラップ定着部をコンクリート内に定着させて梁を構築する。【選択図】図3
