The invention provides a safety protecting plate. The safety protecting plate comprises a protecting plate body which is of an arc-shaped plate structure; a reinforcing rib is arranged on the concave surface side of the protecting plate body; the convex surface side of the protecting plate body is of a wave-shaped structure formed by a plurality of continuous arc-shaped bulges. The safety protecting plate is simple in structure; the reinforcing rib is connected to the concave surface side of the protecting plate, and the wave-shaped structure is arranged on the convex surface of the protecting plate body, so that the quality and impact resistance of the protecting plate can be improved, and as a result, the safety performance of the protecting plate can be improved.
