The invention discloses water conditioning equipment adopting a solar two-way track gate and a water conditioning method adopting a solar two-way track gate. The water conditioning equipment adopting the solar two-way track gate comprises a solar wall, a two-way track gate, a pumper and a wave maker, wherein the solar wall comprises a photovoltaic tile and a wall body; the two-way track gate comprises a two-way gate, a support pillar and a track, and the wave maker comprises a cylinder body, a bearing and a fixing device. The water conditioning method adopting the solar two-way track gate comprises the following steps of: (a) preparing the solar wall; (b) arranging a water gate base; (c) preparing the two-way track gate; (d) installing the wave maker; (e) storing water in a sluice chamber; and (f) sluicing and silting. Flowing water is pumped into the sluice chamber from the outside by virtue of the pumper, and then the water is released after the sluice chamber is full of pumped water, and river water is enabled to flow by virtue of the potential energy of the water, and further the wave maker is used for arousing from a river bottom, so that the flowing of the river water is reinforced, and the purpose of the self cleaning capacity is achieved; the solar power supply is adopted, so that the environment is prevented from being polluted during a working process.
