A first through hole is formed in the supporting cross beam, the bottom end of the screw rod is connected with the base plate, and the top end of the screw rod penetrates through the first through hole of the supporting cross beam to be in threaded connection with the top nut. The invention further provides a ground rail row track lifting construction method adopting the through type track lifting tool. The through type track lifting tool has the beneficial effects that the through type track lifting tool is provided, machining and manufacturing are convenient, on-site assembling and disassembling operation is easy and rapid, and the through type track lifting tool is suitable for a lower supporting frame method and can be used for track line fine adjustment.
