Disclosed is a construction technology process of a deep cement and soil mixing pile. The construction technology process of the deep cement and soil mixing pile includes the steps of positioning, pre-stirring sedimentation, grout stirring rising, repeated stirring sedimentation and repeated stirring rising, wherein a mixer is lifted by a crane and conveyed to an assigned pile position in the positioning step, and in the pre-stirring sedimentation step, the mixer is started after cooling water of the deep mixer normally circulates, and then a steel wire rope of the crane is loosened, and therefore the mixer can stir and cut soil along a guide frame so as to sink, and furthermore in the repeated stirring sedimentation and repeated stirring rising steps, the soil and cement grout can be stirred evenly, the mixer can be rotated, and simultaneously sinks into the soil once again, and then is lifted to the ground after the mixer reaches the designed height, and pile bodies need to be lapped for 200mm so as to form a whole.
