The invention relates to the technical field of municipal engineering, in particular to a rainwater comprehensive utilization system which is used for collecting, storing, seeping and draining rainwater integrally. A silica sand water filtering ditch, a setting sand distributing pond, a purifying and storage pond and an infiltration well are sequentially connected to one another through a pipeline; and the infiltration well is connected to drained water through a pipeline. The rainwater comprehensive utilization system has comprehensive functions of rainwater collecting and filtering, purifying and storing, oxygen supplying and quality guaranteeing, infiltration and supplementing, overflowing draining, storage adjustment and recycling; land resources can be protected; peak discharge is reduced; flood peak time is delayed; rainwater is filtered and purified thoroughly; the rainwater comprehensive utilization system is used for greening a city, flushing a road and supplementing underground water; the moisture content and the air humidity of soil are increased; natural hydrological cycle is maintained; and an ecological environment is repaired.
