The invention discloses a combined mandrel for a cast-in-place hollow floor and a production method of the combined mandrel. The combined mandrel is formed by assembly of two semicircular tubular mandrel bodies and two end covers. Each mandrel body with a semicircular cross section is made of raw materials including, by weight, 300-500 parts of cement., 30-60 parts of asbestos, 5-10 parts of fiberglass and 70-90 parts of mountain flour. The combined mandrel subjected to industrial production is simple in structure, lightweight and convenient to mount, demount and transport; since multiple combined mandrels can be stacked together, occupation of limited construction area can be reduced; the combined mandrel is made of inorganic materials, thereby having low production cost and good fire prevention performance.
