The invention relates to a fiber cement board composite wall which comprises an external wall board, an internal wall board, a steel framework and a filling material, wherein the external wall board is connected with the outer side of the steel framework, the internal wall board is connected with the inner side of the steel framework, and a part between the external wall board and the internal wall board is filled with the filling material. The fiber cement board composite wall is characterized in that the filling material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of common silicate cement, 0.5-1 part of a foaming agent, 0.5-2 parts of a waterproof agent, 0.5-2 parts of an enhancer and 40-60 parts of water. The fiber cement board composite wall prepared is good in waterproofness and crushing resistance.
