The invention discloses a mortar leveling method applied to building ground. A vertical bracket is arranged on a plane framework, a mortar hopper is arranged at the top end of the bracket, a mortar leveling plate is arranged at the front end of the bracket, a regulating bolt is arranged at the front end of the hopper, the regulating bolt and the mortar leveling plate are connected through a telescopic draw bar, a discharge hole is formed in the lower end of the hopper, the bracket is pushed to the front end of the framework, the distance between the mortar leveling plate and the framework is regulated for dropping the mortar material tube into the framework; the bracket is pushed backwards, and the mortar is leveled through the mortar leveling plate at the front end of the bracket. The mortar leveling method is simple, less in investment, high in construction speed, stable in quality and suitable for large-small-area mortar leveling construction.
