The invention discloses a high-speed vertical lifting garage with unpowered parking spaces. Two rows of parking spaces and a lifting passage, and a lifting system, a transverse moving system, a horizontal access mechanism, a rotary mechanism and a car roller path are arranged in a lifting car which is arranged in the lifting passage. Each parking space is provided with a parking space comb-toothed frame and a parking space roller path. During car parking, the lifting system lifts the lifting car to one parking space at a set height, the transverse moving system cooperates with the lifting car roller path, the corresponding parking space comb-toothed frame and the corresponding parking space roller path to transfer a vehicle to a corresponding parking space body; during car taking, actions are opposite. By arrangement of a power mechanism at the bottom of the lifting car, structural simplification and cost saving are achieved while product reliability is improved.
