A hydraulic power assembly is arranged on the side of the through hole. The hydraulic power assembly comprises a friction wheel, a linkage assembly and an external gear pump; the friction wheel is rotationally connected to the bottom end of the supporting platform, and the friction wheel is connected with the external gear pump through a linkage assembly; one end of the external gear pump is connected with the hydraulic oil tank, and the other end of the external gear pump communicates with the hydraulic telescopic rod. Automobile wheels rotate, power is transmitted into the external gear pump through mechanical transmission to enable the external gear pump to work, in this way, hydraulic oil is driven to enter the hydraulic telescopic rod, extension of the hydraulic telescopic rod is completed, then the lifting platform is driven to ascend, and parking and lifting of vehicles on the upper portion of the lifting platform are completed; the system can meet the parking requirements of areas without stable high-voltage power and without power supply.
