The invention discloses a hidden synchronous spring lock unlocking method, a key and a lock cylinder. The technical scheme is characterized that the hidden synchronous spring lock unlocking method includes that as the key is inserted into a key hole to unlock, a retainer between the lock cylinder shell and a lock cylinder rotor is moved into the lock cylinder rotor to retain the key hole, and the lock cylinder rotor is rotated by the key to normally unlock; the key comprises a key handle and a bit portion corresponding to springs, the key handle and the bit portion are connected through a connection, the lock cylinder comprises the lock cylinder shell and the lock cylinder rotor, and a space is formed between the lock cylinder shell and the lock cylinder rotor; during unlocking, the inside and outside of the lock cylinder are totally isolated, not allowing technical unlocking by lifting the springs to an unlocking position, besides, each spring is unique in an open position to avoid spring-jumping unlocking, at the meanwhile, by changing shapes and arrangement form of the springs, the lock is higher in key amount of the lock and lower in mutual opening rate, technical requirement to the lock production is not required, and remarkable increasing never occurs to production cost.
