The invention provides a shockproof support seat, which is composed of an embedded steel plate, a high-strength bolt sleeve, high-strength bolts, a column base plate, a lead core, an upper connecting plate and a lower connecting plate, wherein the shockproof support seat is connected with a concrete bearing platform embedded part and a steel column base through high-strength bolts. Since welding deformation exists, after the column base is welded, the lower connecting plate of the column base plate is planed through processing equipment, so as to ensure full contact of the upper connecting plate of the shockproof support seat and the base plate of the steel column base, therefore, horizontal shear can be transmitted effectively.
