The invention relates to a thermal insulation cast-in-situ gypsum interior wall and a construction method thereof. The thermal insulation cast-in-situ gypsum interior wall comprises four pieces of thin-wall channel steel forming a channel steel framework, wherein grooves are formed in two side flanges of each thin-wall channel steel at equal intervals, a thermal insulation board is arranged in the channel steel framework, low carbon steel wires are suspended at the grooves in the flanges of the thin-wall channel steel horizontally and vertically, wire gauzes are formed on two sides of the thermal insulation board, a cast-in-situ gypsum layer is arranged on each of two sides of the thermal insulation board, and the wire gauzes are embedded into the cast-in-situ gypsum layers. One thermal insulation board and two gypsum layers are arranged in the thermal insulation cast-in-situ gypsum interior wall to form a sandwich structure, so that heat transfer between heating space and non-heating space can be effectively reduced, and the thermal insulation effect is good; the wire gauzes are formed on two sides of the thermal insulation board, accordingly, the wall strength can be improved, and a wall is firmer.
