The invention discloses a construction method of a cast-in-situ gypsum compound insulation wall. The construction method comprises the steps of sending out a wall position line on a wall to be casted; installing plates for assembling the two surfaces of a wall die according to the shape and size of the wall to be casted; installing an insulating plate between plates at the two sides of the wall die, and connecting the plates at the two sides of the wall die through a wall through screw and/or a plastic tube cut into set lengths; passing through the surface of an insulation board through the wall through screw and/or the plastic tube; pouring a connecting pipe piece at the top of a template; mixing water and hemihydrate gypsum into pouring gypsum slurry at a high-speed mixing state; and pouring the pouring gypsum slurry between the plates at the two sides of the wall die by using an irrigating pump. The construction method of the cast-in-situ gypsum compound insulation wall provided by the invention is good in integrity and is free from cracking, the integral wall is flat and smooth, and wall whitewashing is not needed after the pouring and forming; furthermore, the construction method is good in insulation and soundproof effect and high in construction efficiency, the labor intensity of workers can be alleviated, the production cost can be greatly reduced, and the construction period can be shortened.
