The invention relates to a ceramic tile combination applicable to an external corner of a wall and a preparation method thereof. The ceramic tile combination comprises a first ceramic wall tile and a second ceramic wall tile which are shaped as flat plates and are adhered to the two side surfaces of the external corner of the wall respectively, and a third ceramic external corner tile filling a gap between the first ceramic wall tile and the second ceramic wall tile, wherein the third ceramic external corner tile is columnar, and has two adjacent side surfaces which can be adhered to the side surfaces, facing the third ceramic external corner tile, of the first ceramic wall tile and the second ceramic wall tile; the lengths of the two adjacent side surfaces of the third ceramic external corner tile are not larger than the heights of the ceramic wall tiles; the widths of the two adjacent side surfaces of the third ceramic external corner tile are not larger than the thicknesses of the ceramic wall tiles. The ceramic tile combination is matched with the external corner of the wall in shape, and can be paved on the external corner of the wall; the ceramic external corner tile has the same decorative layer as the ceramic wall tiles, so that the problem that a ceramic tile paved at the external corner of the wall does not have a decorative effect is solved.

The ceramic tile combination is matched with the external corner of the wall in shape, and can be paved on the external corner of the wall; the ceramic external corner tile has the same decorative layer as the ceramic wall tiles, so that the problem that a ceramic tile paved at the external corner of the wall does not have a decorative effect is solved.
