The invention relates to a cast-in-situ concrete floor hollow tube anti-floating construction method. The cast-in-situ concrete floor hollow tube anti-floating construction method comprises the following steps: 1, arranging hollow tubes above a moulding board according to construction needs; 2, pouring a first concrete layer by using concrete, wherein when the first concrete layer is poured, the floatage of the first concrete layer to the hollow tubes is controlled to be smaller than the gravity of the hollow tubes; further pouring an Nth concrete layer by using concrete, wherein when the Nth concrete layer is poured, the floatage of the Nth concrete layer to the hollow tubes is controlled to be smaller than the sum of the gravity of the hollow tubes and a bonding force of the poured concrete layers to the hollow tubes; repeating the steps, and completing concrete floor pouring till the sum of the thicknesses of the poured concrete layers reaches the thickness of the floor. A building constructed by the anti-floating construction method can met a strict requirement on the building effect of the inner surface of a hollow floor; the problem that in a conventional method, ends of iron wires are exposed out of a concrete roof to affect appearance of the inner surface of the floor is solved.
