The invention relates to a construction method of a cast-in-situ concrete hollow floor system. the method comprises the steps of manufacturing a cavity component in advance, erecting a floor bottom formwork, arranging bottom steel reinforcement bars on the bottom formwork, placing the cavity component, installing anti-floating screw nails, arranging ribbed beam steel bars and panel steel bars, andcasting concrete, wherein the cavity component comprises a pot-shaped formwork shell and a sealing plate, a vertical groove is formed in the peripheral side wall of the pot-shaped formwork shell, andpot opening bars are arranged at the pot opening. Each anti-floating screw nail comprises a head, a rod body and a rod body tail end with a threaded tip, wherein a gasket is arranged between the headand the sealing plate, the rod body penetrates through the sealing plate of the cavity component and the vertical groove in the peripheral side wall, and the tail end of the rod body with the threaded tip is screwed into the floor bottom formwork through the tool so that the cavity component can be tensioned and fixed.
