The invention discloses a well leakage blocking device, and belongs to the technical field of water source leakage blockage. The well leakage blocking device comprises a first-level high pressure sluice valve connected to a well casing, wherein a spray preventing device, a second-level high pressure sluice valve, an aggregate discharge device, a high pressure valve and a grouting pump are arranged on the first-level high pressure sluice valve; and a second-level casing is arranged in the well casing. The device can prevent sewage generated by the leakage, can prevent the leaked water, and can reduce the ground running water, and in particular, can prevent the damage of facilities on and below the ground, and can prevent the severe consequence of incapability of blocking the long-time leaked water.
