The invention relates to a load bearing device for a recyclable anchor rod and an anchor device adopting the load bearing device. The load bearing device for the recyclable anchor rod comprises a bearing plate and a recycling hood arranged above the bearing plate, wherein a head through hole allowing the head part of the corresponding anchor rod to penetrate through in the vertical direction as well as at least one rod body through hole allowing a rod body of the anchor rod to penetrate through in the vertical direction is formed in the bearing plate, and an aperture of the head through hole is larger than that of the rod body through hole; a rod body channel for communicating the head through hole and the rod body through hole is formed in the bearing plate; a guiding structure which is inclined is arranged in the position, above the corresponding rod body channel, of the recycling hood, and the guiding structure is used for being movably matched with the head in a propping and guiding manner when the anchor rod moves upwards so as to enable the rod body to move from the rod body through hole to the head through hole along the rod body channel. Therefore, the problems of low anchor rod recycling efficiency and high probability of torsion of the anchor rod due to the fact that the anchor rod is recycled through reverse rotation in the prior art are solved.
