LOAD-BEARING BODY FOR REMOVAL ANCHOR, METHOD OF USING REMOVAL ANCHOR, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING LOAD-BEARING BODY
To provide a load-bearing body for a removal anchor, a method of using the removal anchor, and a method of manufacturing the load-bearing body, which can reliably support the necessary tension during the service period after being erected underground, and which is hard to become an underground obstacle when newly excavating after the service period has passed and a tension support material (PC steel wire) has been removed.SOLUTION: A load-bearing body 10 of a removal anchor has a wooden load-bearing body 1 and a cast iron top 2. The wood that makes up the load-bearing body 1 is impregnated with resin and coated with water-soluble paint on a surface thereof to have the allowable compressive stress necessary to support the tensile force (anchor axial force) transmitted from the top 2. The cast iron top 2 is downsized to the minimum necessary to wrap the tension support material (PC steel wire) around the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】地中に架設された後、供用期間中は必要な張力を確実に支持することが出来て、供用期間が経過して張力支持材(PC鋼線)を除去した後に新たに掘削する際に地中障害物とはなり難い除去アンカーの耐荷体、除去アンカーの使用方法及び耐荷体の製造方法の提供。【解決手段】本発明の除去アンカーの耐荷体10は、木製の耐荷体本体1及び鋳鉄製のトップ2を有し、耐荷体本体1を構成する木材は、トップ2から伝達された引張力(アンカー軸力)を支持するのに必要な許容圧縮応力を有する様に樹脂含浸が施され且つ表面に水溶性塗料が塗布されている。また、鋳鉄製のトップ2は張力支持材(PC鋼線)を巻き掛けるのに必要最低限に小型化されている。【選択図】図1
