Energy-saving environment-friendly type multi-row-hole self-insulating full-recycled concrete block
The invention discloses an energy-saving environment-friendly type multi-row-hole self-insulating full-recycled concrete block and a production method thereof. The concrete block is prepared from the following raw materials based on each cubic meter of concrete: 285 kg of water, 1200 kg of recycled coarse aggregates with the particle size of 5-10 mm, 301 kg of recycled fine aggregates with the particle size of 0.15-5 mm, 270 kg of P.O42.5 cement, 115 kg of activated tailing micro powder, 95 kg of coal ash, and 450 kg of glass beads. The concrete block is prepared from the full-recycled concrete and the tailing micro powder, so as to realize recycle of the waste concrete and utilization of the tailing resource in multiple ways; with reasonable proportioning and design of hole types of the concrete block, the concrete block can meet the requirement on energy conservation of 50% or above, is energy-saving, environment-friendly, low in cost, light in weight, easy to construct and good in using effect.
