Low Al2O3 ceramic welding backing material
The invention provides a low Al2O3 ceramic welding backing material. The ceramic welding backing material is characterized by comprising the following ingredients by mass percentage: 56-62% of SiO2, 6-12% of MgO and/or CaO, 1-3% of Na2O and/or K2O, 26-32% of Al2O3 and 0-2% of Fe2O3. The content of Al2O3 in the conventional ceramic welding backing material is greater than 32%, while the novel low Al2O3 ceramic welding backing material can control the content of Al2O3 within 28% and well controls the melting point of backing slag, so that the smooth back-welding shape is obtained, and the utilization rate of national strategic reserve resources is greatly improved.
