The present invention relates to a ceramic backing material for welding comprising: 20 to 40 wt% of SiO_2; 25 to 40 wt% of Al_2O_3; 10 to 25 wt% of MgO; 8 to 18 wt% of CaO; and less than 0.1 wt% of SO_3 and P_2O_5. The present invention can prevent generation of a super-layer crack during welding of nickel steel.
본 용접용 세라믹 백킹재는 SiO2 20~40 wt%, Al2O3 25~40 wt%, MgO 10~25 wt%, CaO 8~18 wt%, SO3와 P2O5 성분 0.1 wt% 미만으로 구성되어, 니켈 강 용접시 초층 크랙이 발생되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
