The invention relates to a multi-angle rotating railing stand column and a mounting method thereof. The multi-angle rotating railing stand column is designed according to the technical problem that the structural design of existing same railing stand column products is bad. The railing stand column comprises a stand column tube, rod sleeves and a base. At least two rod sleeves are arranged on at least one side of the outer diameter part between the two ends of the stand column tube. The multi-angle rotating railing stand column and the mounting method thereof are characterized in that a rod hole is formed in one end of each rod sleeve, a rod sleeve plate is fixedly arranged at the other end of the corresponding rod sleeve, the rod sleeve plates are attached to connecting plates, one end of each rod sleeve plate at the corresponding attaching position is hinged to one end of the corresponding connecting plate through a fixing bolt and a fixing nut, the other end of the corresponding connecting plate is fixedly provided with a connecting screw, and the connecting screws, the connecting plates, the fixing nuts, the fixing bolts, the rod sleeve plates and the rod sleeves constitute a sleeve rod assembly; mounting nuts are fixedly arranged on the outer diameter portion of the stand column tube, and the rod sleeves of the sleeve rod assembly are connected with the mounting nuts of the stand column tube through connecting screws. Or the connecting screws are omitted, the mounting nuts are connected with the connecting plates, and the mounting nuts are connected with the stand column tube through screw rods. The multi-angle rotating railing stand column is suitable for being combined with tubes to be used as a railing or a guard bar.
