The invention belongs to the technical field of floor railings, and discloses a combined stand-column-free all-glass floor railing mounting base structure. The structure comprises a bottom plate, a base is fixedly mounted at the top of the bottom plate, two side cavities are formed in the base, the two side cavities are symmetric about the center of the base, bearings located between the side cavities are fixedly installed in the base, and movable rods are fixedly sleeved with the bearings. By arranging lead screws, movable frames, motion blocks and clamping plates, when the two lead screws rotate, the two motion blocks can move in the same direction or in the opposite directions, then the distance between the two movable frames and the clamping plates is changed, and the distance betweenthe two clamping plates is adjusted; and all glass with different lengths can be fixed, operation is easy and convenient, and therefore the practicability of an all-glass mounting base is improved.
