Method for preparing high-activity composite phosphorus slag powder
The invention discloses a method for preparing high-activity composite phosphorus slag powder. The method comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out lime neutralizing pretreatment: weighing 80-99 parts by weight of granulated phosphorus slag, 1-20 parts by weight of calcium oxide and 30-60 parts by weight of water, firstly, enabling the granulated phosphorus slag to be subjected to mixed reaction with 20-40% of calcium oxide and 10-30% of water, then, putting the raw material after reacting in a mill completely, carrying out rough milling, then, enabling the rest calcium oxide and the rest water to be subjected to mixed reaction with the rough-milled raw material together so as to obtain a mixed reacting material, and baking the mixed reacting material, so as to prepare a pretreated raw material; (2) proportioning: weighing and mixing 100 parts by weight of pretreated raw material, 10-20 parts by weight of silicon-aluminum material and 0.01-1 part by weight of grinding aid, and stirring for 10-15 minutes, so as to prepare a proportioned material; (3) putting the prepared proportioned material in a mill, carrying out fine milling, and sieving, thereby preparing the high-activity composite phosphorus slag powder. The high-activity composite phosphorus slag powder prepared by the method has the advantages of short initial setting time, high early strength, high activity and the like.
