Carbon nano tube-clay modified resin/basalt fiber composite rebar material and preparation method and application thereof
The invention relates to a carbon nano tube-clay modified resin/basalt fiber composite rebar material, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 40%-60% of resin matrix, 1%-3% of carbon nano tube-clay and 39%-57% of basalt fiber. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preheating the resin matrix, and adding the carbon nano tube to the preheated resin matrix at a low stirring rate; stirring at a high speed and carrying out ultrasonic treatment and vacuum exhausting; dipping the basalt fiber into the resin, heating and solidifying; and finally drawing and molding. The mechanical property and the endurance quality of the obtained modified BFRP rebar material are improved; and especially, the elasticity modulus and the ductility are improved.
