The polyamino acid composite fibers are additionally arranged between basalt fiber base material layers, the polyamino acid composite fibers contain regular molecular chains and irregular molecular chains at the same time, so that the fiber material can be endowed with good toughness and strength, and the polyamino acid composite fibers are combined between the basalt fiber base materials through the porous structure particles; the problems that the toughness of the existing basalt fiber material is unstable and reduced in the using process can be solved.
