Novel lightweight porous coal gangue brick with sound absorption effect and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a novel lightweight porous coal gangue brick with a sound absorption effect. The novel lightweight porous coal gangue brick with the sound absorption effect is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-60 parts of gangue, 7-9 parts of slag, 8-10 parts of ordinary cement, 11-13 parts of flyash, 1-2 parts of lauryl sodium sulfate, 6-8 parts of dolomite, 2-3 parts of monazite, 3-5 parts of peat, 4-5 parts of polyethylene glycol, 6-8 parts of bagasse, 7-9 parts of modifier and a proper amount of water. The novel lightweight porous coal gangue brick provided by the invention is reasonable in formula; gangue, bagasse and flyash are mixed, then added with lauryl sodium sulfate and other foaming components and finally prepared into the lightweight porous non-fired brick by virtue of a burn-free process; the effects of energy conservation and emission reduction are achieved and simultaneously good sound absorption and noise reduction effect are also achieved; by adopting the modifier processed through a special process, the heat insulation, sound absorption and antibacterial effects are achieved further and the comprehensive property of the coal gangue brick is strengthened.
