Composite cementing pavement material and using method thereof
The invention relates to a composite cementing pavement material and a using method thereof. The pavement material consists of a component A, a component B and a component C, wherein the mass ratio of the component A, the component B and the component C is 100 to (25-35) to (650-800); the component A is a water-borne epoxy resin emulsion which consists of water-borne epoxy resin and a flexibilizer; the component B is a water-borne epoxy curing agent; the component C consists of cement, rubber particles, stones and auxiliaries. Compared with the prior art, the pavement material has the advantages that the pavement material is free from an organic solvent, free from environmental pollution and free from fire hidden danger; the elastic modules of the pavement material can be significantly reduced, driving comfort can be improved, noise can be reduced, and a great amount of waste tires can be consumed as well, so as to promote the environment-friendly recycling utilization of the waste tires and meet national policies and guidelines on energy conservation and environmental friendliness; the pavement material is available as being uniformly stirred and does not require weighing or adding water, so that the hidden danger caused by misoperation of a constructor is eliminated; and construction tools can be directly cleaned with water, so that the pavement material is safe and convenient in operation.
