Illite composite paint
The invention discloses an illite composite paint, belonging to the field of paints. The paint comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 15-20% of illite powder, 15-25% of cementing material, 7-15% of aggregate, 50-62% of filler, 0.2-0.3% of pigment, 0.3-0.4% of antimicrobial agent and 0.1-0.3% of lignocellulose. The illite powder comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 64.28%-72% of SiO2, 12.80%-16.30% of A12O3, 0.61%-1.95% of MgO, 3.61%-5.21% of K2O, 1.92%-3.98% of Na2O, 3.20%-5.08% of CaO, 0.39%-0.94% of TiO2 and 1.95%-4.79% of Fe2O3. The coating prepared by the paint has favorable water resistance, favorable alkali resistance, pollution resistance, mold resistance, humidity regulation and flame retardancy, and has excellent thermal-insulation and harmful gas adsorption functions.
