Feed material for injection-molding ferrite core formation and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a feed material for injection-molding ferrite core formation and a preparation method thereof. The feed material comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 70-95% of powder and 5-30% of adhesive. The powder comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 60-70% of ferric oxide, 10-20% of nickel oxide, 2-10% of copper oxide and 15-25% of zinc oxide. The adhesive comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 80-90% of polyformaldehyde, 3-6% of high-density polyethylene, 3-6% of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 2-5% of paraffin and 2-5% of zinc stearate. The feed material has favorable flexibility. When being used for injection molding, the feed material for injection-molding ferrite core formation enhances the product uniformity of the cylindrical cores and cores in other shapes; and the product and return can not rupture, can be easily demolded, and does not need to frequently clean the mold, thereby implementing full-automatic production, greatly lowering the labor cost and enhancing the production efficiency.
