The invention discloses a soft subgrade grouting treatment constructing method. The method includes steps of construction preparation, lofting, drill in-place arrangement, high-pressure pump drilling starting, cement slurry preparation, drill rod lifting, rotation and slurry spraying, washing, displacement, slurry treatment, technical parameter determination and construction abnormality treatment. The original jet flow parameters and nozzle by the high-pressure spraying injection method are improved partially, the construction period is shortened, the soft subgrade is reinforced, the bearing capability of composite subgrade is improved significantly, the requirements on construction quality are met, and the fine social benefits and economic benefits are gained.
