The invention discloses a construction method for soft subgrade treatment, and belongs to the field of soft subgrade road section construction. Firstly, falling earthwork in a replacement treatment section is completely excavated, sand ditches with the width of 180-230 cm are excavated at the specified positions at equal intervals through blocking plates according to design requirements, and the sand ditches are 30-50 cm lower than a roadbed; side baffles with the depth of 70-100 cm are inserted into the two sides of the road subgrade treatment range, and then drainage ditches and water collecting wells are dug in the outer sides of the side baffles; backfill ditches with the same depth are dug between every two adjacent sets of partition plates, rubble is backfilled in each section of backfill ditch, water filter pipes are buried in the sand ditches, and then medium-coarse sand inverted filter layers are backfilled in the sand ditches; and finally, all the blocking plates are dismounted, rubble and underground water in the sand ditches are guided into the drainage ditches and the water collecting wells through the water filtering pipes to be discharged, and then the side baffles are dismounted after drainage work is completed. The occurrence of a spring during rubble replacement treatment is avoided, and the stability of rubble replacement is ensured. The method is safe, reliable and easy to operate, the quality is guaranteed, and the precipitation cost can be greatly reduced.
本发明公开了一种软路基处理的施工方法,属于软基路段施工领域。首先换填处理段落土方全部挖除,按设计要求在规定位置处使用阻隔板等间距开挖180‑230cm宽砂沟,砂沟比路床低30~50cm;在道路路基处理范围两侧插入深度70‑100cm的侧挡板,随后在侧挡板的外侧开挖排水沟和集水井;在相邻的两个组隔板之间开挖相同深度的回填沟,然后在每段回填沟内部回填毛石,在砂沟内埋设滤水管,随后在砂沟内部回填中粗砂反滤层;最后拆除所有的阻隔板,通过滤水管将毛石及砂沟内的地下水引入排水沟和集水井内排出,排水工作完成后,随后拆除侧挡板。避免毛石换填处理“弹簧”出现,确保毛石换填的稳定性。该方式安全可靠、操作简单、质量有保证,能够大幅降低降水成本费用。
