Partial remanufacturing method for repairing longitudinal crack of U-shaped abutment
The invention relates to a partial remanufacturing method for repairing a longitudinal crack of a U-shaped abutment. When the thickness of an abutment retaining wall ranges from 500 mm to 600 mm in the transverse direction of a bridge, the method is used for repairing an abutment apron wall, the abutment retaining wall and an abutment vertical wall of the U-shaped abutment with the longitudinal crack. Before construction, a mud jacking type anchor rod strengthening method has already been used for repairing abutment sidewalls and an abutment filling part, so that the U-shaped abutment is in a safe state. During construction, a column of level anchor rods are used for anchoring the cracked abutment apron wall; the part, above the longitudinal crack, of the abutment vertical wall and the whole abutment retaining wall are dismantled, newly constructional steel bars are welded according to the layout of originally constructional steel bars, and fine concrete is poured into the newly constructional steel bar part; cement mortar is poured into vertical excavation grooves and a rectangular excavation area in the tail ends of the level anchor rods. Thus, the appearance and use functions of the U-shaped abutment are recovered. The operation method is simple, construction cost is low, repairing quality is high, the whole construction process is conducted on the outer side of the U-shaped abutment and below the bridge, and therefore bridge floor traffic does not need to be interrupted.
