The invention discloses a bag sand well sand filling device. The device comprises a rack, a sand storage funnel, an operation platform, a sand bag groove, a sand bag groove guide rail, a locking and limiting mechanism, a sand bag sliding slope, a sand bag groove left side plate opening baffle, a plane rotation hinged shaft and a location pile plate. According to the bag sand well sand filling device, the sand storage funnel is set up on the rack, sand bags are filled through the inclined sand bag groove, according to soil mechanics principles, when the inclination angle in sand bag filling is larger than the internal friction angle of sand (that means larger than a normal angle of repose) by filling the sand bags through the inclined sand bag groove, it is guaranteed that both the fact that weaved bags can be successfully filled with the sand under the self-supporting effect and the filling can not be too compact and the sand bags are safe and can not crack when being put down, conveyed and put into a well hole.
