Construction technology of squeeze-in expanded-base pipe pile
The invention discloses a construction technology of a squeeze-in expanded-base pipe pile and relates to a construction technology of a pile foundation. The construction technology includes the steps that first-time static pressure or hammering construction is performed on a pile body according to a normal process, piling is performed till the pile body reaches designed elevation, and then, a mandrel is inserted in the pile body; second-time piling or static pressure is performed on the pile body so that the bottom pile tip and the pile body can be separated from each other and downward expanding can be performed. After downward expanding is completed, an appropriate amount of concrete with expanding agents is poured into the pile body, the mandrel is inserted in the pile body again, and third-time piling or static pressure is performed on the pile body so that the concrete can be squeezed out of the bottom of the pile body and an expanded head can be formed. Through the construction technology, the poured expanded head has high compression bearing capacity and high uplift bearing capacity. Meanwhile, the concrete is poured after hammering or static pressure downward expanding, finally, squeezing is performed, and therefore the pile type is better in applicability, and the pile is applicable to a soft soil area and is also applicable to a hard soil layer area.
