The invention discloses a pile machine for expanded-base threaded pile construction and a construction method for an expanded-base threaded pile. The pile machine comprises an inner pipe, an outer pipe arranged outside the inner pipe in a sleeving manner, a rotary driving piece which is connected with the outer pipe and is used for driving the outer pipe to rotate, an axial driving piece for driving the inner pipe to move relative to the outer pipe in the axial directions of the inner pipe and the outer pipe, and a bottom cover which is separably matched with the lower end of the inner pipe, and a plurality of drilling tips which are pivotally mounted on the outer pipe and are between a closed position and an open position in the circumferential direction of the outer pipe, wherein at the closed position, the front one of every two adjacent drilling tips is hasped to the rear one in the circumferential direction of the outer pipe so as to form a rotary cutting edge. The pile machine provided by the embodiment of the invention has the functions of drilling, wall protection and hole expansion, and the problem that holes are difficultly formed in a complicated and unstable soil layer is solved.
