The invention discloses an anti-seismic concrete foundation. The anti-seismic concrete foundation comprises a concrete platy terrace and multiple deeply-buried vertical columns. The bottoms of the deeply-buried vertical columns vertically stretch towards the portion below the concrete platy terrace, the bottoms of the deeply-buried vertical columns are connected with concrete cross rods, the ends of the concrete cross rods are connected with the middle portions of the deeply-buried vertical columns through bottom inclined rods, the middle portions of the deeply-buried vertical columns and the concrete platy terrace are connected through top inclined rods, and the portions among the concrete platy terrace, the deeply-buried vertical columns, the concrete cross rods, the bottom inclined rods and the top inclined rods are filled with waste muck. By the adoption of the anti-seismic concrete foundation in the mode, a stereoscopic reinforced concrete network structure is formed below the ground, the swing and vibration resistance is greatly improved, reinforcement joints connected with house walls are reserved, and the structural strength of a whole building can be improved.
