The invention relates to a solar energy underwater dirt suction device. The bottom of a center drainage pipe assembly is provided with a connecting column and rotatably connected with a floating mechanism; the floating mechanism is provided with a dual-purpose water pump which is provided with an upper layer water inlet, an upper layer water outlet, a dirt suction water inlet and a dirt suction water outlet; the dirt suction water inlet is formed in the bottom of the dual-purpose water pump and communicated with the dirt suction device, and the dirt suction device is located near sediment of a pond; the dirt suction water outlet is communicated with a sewage delivery pipe through the center drainage pipe assembly, and the sewage delivery pipe is a flexible pipe, keeps floating through a floating body on the sewage delivery pipe and extends to a dirt storage pit at the bank; water comes in through the upper layer water inlet and is drained through the upper layer water outlet which is communicated with a drain pipe, and drainage reaction of the upper layer drain pipe drives the floating mechanism to rotate around the connecting column; the center drainage pipe assembly is fixedly connected with the water surface walking mechanism which acts on the center drainage pipe assembly to drive the floating mechanism to conduct reciprocating motion, and the moving trajectory of the floating mechanism is shaped like a helical line.
