A dirt suction head is located on the front portion of the motor vehicle body, a dirt suction pipe is connected with the dirt suction head and a dirt inlet, the dirt inlet, an exhaust port and an air suction port are located above the sealed water tank and arranged in sequence, the sealed water tank is located on the motor vehicle body, a water and vapor separator is located at the exhaust port, a waste gas treating device is connected with the water and vapor separator and located above the water and vapor separator, a top ball is located at the air suction port, a floater is connected with the top ball and located below the top ball, an air suction pipe is connected with the sealed water tank and a vacuum pump which is located on one side of the sealed water tank, the engine is located on one side of the vacuum pump, a dirt drainage port is located in the tail of the sealed water tank, a control valve is located at the dirt drainage port, and dirt suction ports are located in the dirt suction head. The environmental-friendly efficient dirt suction vehicle is high in working efficiency, environmentally friendly and high in practicability.
