The invention discloses a shipborne excavator system composition for overwater positioning and underwater excavation, comprising one or multiple excavators for overwater positioning, one or multiple excavators for underwater excavation and a ship for loading the excavators. The excavators for overwater positioning are described in the figure 1; the excavators for underwater excavation are described in the figure 2; the ship for loading the excavators is described in the figure 3. The shipborne excavator system composition is suitable for flexible combined on-spot application in different conditions, is simple to operate and allows the ship to be truly fixed in water, the ship can provide sufficient reaction for the excavators for excavation, and excavating efficiency is greatly improved.
