The invention discloses a land-saving garage which is composed of a garage body (1), carports (2), car pools (3), garage doors (4), an entrance ramp (5) and a double-layer lifting and forwarding carrier device (6). By the above structure, land of one car is utilized, measures of the car pools are adopted, two cars can be parked by the aid of the double-layer lifting and forwarding carrier device, and scarce and non-renewable land resources are saved.
