The power transferring system comprises a cantilever crane pump, a main oil pump, a cantilever crane pump constant power valve, a main oil pump constant power valve, and a main oil pump power transferring control oilway, wherein the cantilever crane pump constant power valve outputs control pressure according to the actual use power of the cantilever crane pump; the main oil pump constant power valve is used for setting the constant power of the main oil pump; the main oil pump power transferring control oilway guides the control pressure to the main oil pump constant power valve to control the valve element position of the main oil pump constant power valve and adjust the constant power value of the main oil pump. The power transferring system has the advantages that the control pressure of the cantilever crane pump constant power valve is used to control the valve element position of the main oil pump constant power valve, the constant power value of the main oil pump is adjusted through different control pressure, so that the power of the main oil pump increases when the power of the cantilever crane pump decreases, and the power utilization rate of a power source is increased.
