The invention relates to a ceramic bearing roller body and a preparation method of the ceramic bearing roller body, and belongs to the technical field of ceramics. The ceramic bearing roller body is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 25-35 parts of silicon carbide, 5-10 parts of aluminate cement, 30-45 parts of lanthanum acetate, 30-40 parts of zirconium oxyacetate, and 10-20 parts of butyl titanate. The preparation method of the ceramic bearing roller body comprises the steps that all components are mixed and uniformly stirred, and are melted for 1.5-2.0 hours at the high temperature of 1,500-1,800 DEG C; the components are poured into a spherical mould to be cooled to form the ceramic bearing roller body. The ceramic bearing roller body has the characteristics of high limit rotation speed, high temperature resistance, high cold resistance, high wear resistance, high corrosion resistance, high magneto-electricity resistance and the like.
