Method for producing silicate clinker employing aggregate tailings instead of clay
The invention discloses a method for producing a silicate clinker employing aggregate tailings instead of clay. The method comprises the following steps: replacing partial clay in a traditional raw material formula with aggregate tailings; burdening, homogenizing, and grinding to obtain a raw material; preheating and decomposing the raw material; and finally calcining at a high temperature and then cooling to obtain a clinker. Through the method, the burnability of the raw material can be improved by using MgO in the aggregate tailings; the firing temperature of the clinker is reduced; a solid solution is generated by a proper amount of MgO in the aggregate tailings and clinker mineral C4AF, so that clinker glass becomes black; and the color of cement is properly improved. According to the method, the processing problem of the aggregate tailings can also be solved; the method is energy-saving and environmentally friendly; and the cost is reduced.
