Method for producing magnesium oxysulfate foamed cement by embedded retractable particle method
The invention provides a method for producing magnesium oxysulfate foamed cement by the embedded retractable particle method, and relates to a method for producing the magnesium oxysulfate foamed cement. The magnesium oxysulfate foamed cement is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of marketed magnesium oxysulfate cement, and 200 to 400 parts of particular water absorbing material. The method for producing the high-performance magnesium oxysulfate foamed cement comprises the following steps: metering raw materials; mixing; pouring; delaying curing; condensing and hardening; and naturally maintaining. The method has the characteristics of being simple in formula, outstanding in repeatability, small in environmental influence, small in production cost, and energy saving; the produced magnesium oxysulfate foamed cement has the advantages of being light in mass, high in strength, heat preserved and insulated, stable in size, and free of environmental pollution; the magnesium oxysulfate foamed cement is particularly suitable for being used as a heat preserving and insulation material for an outer wall, a roof and a floor of a building.
