Tricalcium phosphate/silicon carbide composite biological ceramic and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a tricalcium phosphate/silicon carbide composite biological ceramic and a preparation method thereof and relates to the field of biological materials. The tricalcium phosphate/silicon carbide composite biological ceramic is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 50-70 parts of tricalcium phosphate, 20-40 parts of silicon carbide, 10-20 parts of magnesium carbonate, 3-8 parts of nano-zinc oxide, 3-9 parts of silicon nitride, 3-9 parts of calcium carbonate and 4-10 parts of aluminium oxide. The preparation method of the tricalcium phosphate/silicon carbide composite biological ceramic comprises the following steps: (1) weighing; (2) performing ball milling; (3) performing cold press molding; (4) forging at a high temperature; and (5) cooling. The tricalcium phosphate/silicon carbide composite biological ceramic provided by the invention is good in biocompatibility, high in biological activity, good in mechanical property, excellent in wear-resisting property and can tolerate big impact and is an ideal skeleton repairing substituted material.
