Tricalcium phosphate ceramic powder is dispersed in a solvent to obtain a suspension; a silane coupling agent containing alkyl groups and ammonia water are added into the suspension for pretreatment, the surface of the tricalcium phosphate biological ceramic powder is coated with a layer of SiO2 film containing alkyl groups and having oxide characteristics, and pretreated tricalcium phosphate biological ceramic powder is obtained; and the pretreated tricalcium phosphate biological ceramic powder, a resin monomer, a dispersant and a photoinitiator are mixed to obtain the tricalcium phosphate biological ceramic slurry. The solid content of the tricalcium phosphate biological ceramic slurry can be obviously improved, the sintering shrinkage rate is reduced, the precision of a sample is improved, the sintering densification of the sample is promoted, and the dimensional precision is improved.
本发明公开一种光固化3d打印用磷酸三钙生物陶瓷及其浆料和制备方法,属于生物陶瓷制备技术领域,通过将磷酸三钙陶瓷粉体分散在溶剂中,得到悬浮液;在所述悬浮液中加入含烷基基团的硅烷偶联剂和氨水,进行预处理,磷酸三钙生物陶瓷粉体表面包覆一层具有氧化物特性的含有烷基基团的SiO2膜,得到预处理的磷酸三钙生物陶瓷粉体;将所述预处理的磷酸三钙生物陶瓷粉体、树脂单体、分散剂和光引发剂混合处理,即得磷酸三钙生物陶瓷浆料。本发明可以显著提高磷酸三钙生物陶瓷浆料的固含量,降低烧结收缩率,提高样品的精度,促进样品烧结致密化,提高尺寸精度。
